Why Climate-Controlled Storage?
Climate-Control Storage is the best way to protect your items from the destructive forces of Minnesota weather. Our climate-controlled storage units are located inside, and temperature is controlled 100% of the time. Your items will be safe from water damage, mold, mildew and rodents. A rule of thumb, anything that you want to put back in your home should be kept in a climate-controlled self storage facility.
Why Store my RV, Boat, Motor home or Vehicle Indoors?
Indoor storage units provide protection from the elements, such as, hail, sun and snow. It can be dangerous to leave an RV or trailer in front of your house, as they’re often magnets for vandalism and theft. Our storage facilities have high fences, gated access, and video surveillance. A lot of neighborhoods have covenants that prohibit parking of RVs or trailer on driveways. Save money by choosing an indoor storage unit to avoiding repair damages caused by heavy snowfall, sever storms and vandalism.
How can I rent a unit or parking spot?
You can rent a unit 24/7 through our website and you can move in right away (even on the weekend and off hours). You can also call seven days a week from 8:00am to 6:00pm. The rental process takes about 10 minutes. If we are away from the phone, please leave a voicemail and we will call you right back.
Will I need my own padlock?
