Midwest Storage treats its customers with tremendous respect and are extremely helpful. They monitor the temperature control units and have actually called me when I was there for a prolonged period to make sure I was there and something else wasn’t wrong. The noticed the temperature change (it was a very warm day)
They have also called me when they found water in a unit next to mine to make sure none of my things or my unit had any damage. They asked if I could go in and check or if they could have permission to go in and check on it.
Again they have a very friendly and helpful staff!“

I totally forgot to put a lock on my unit and was very worried because I wasn’t able to make it back to the unit and got a text from A worker named Austin that they’d put my lock on for me! Saved me! Very clean units I got the smallest size and it fit a lot more than I expected.Driving Directions
