I had a great experience at Midwest. The facility is clean, well lit and secure. Moving items was easy with a drive in bay and plenty of carts. The staff onsite during the day always greeted me and offered assistance, and showed me how everything works when I moved in. I felt safe being in the facility after hours and confident that my items were safe. The customer service is extraordinary. I've used other facilities that had zero security, no carts, no staff onsite, and no customer service. This is the place to go for indoor storage. Oh, and it's family owned and they care.

Love this facility and the flexibility that they offer. Jonathan was very helpful with the move in. He made sure that I was paying the right amount between two units. Cleaning staff was polite and friendly.
