We live out of state, so we rented a unit for summer storage for my daughter who was on summer break from Beloit College (only 15 minutes or so from the school). The service is top notch! Super easy to pay and very affordable. Jonathon helped us set up our account and was wonderful to work with. He also checked in with us once in a while to ensure everything was going well. The storage place is very clean. The climate control is great. I had an issue getting into the facility the first time and I called. Someone answered right away and helped. It was my fault because I did not entering the # sign after my access code. Oops! The people that run this place are very nice and responsive.
